Covers full up/down travel and that software limits hold.

Procedure

Fill this in before the test runs. It must be specific enough that someone who did not write the code can execute it.

Done when

• Procedure written and reviewed
• Test run on the real robot, with a person watching
• Result recorded in this issue, including what was observed
• Parent issue moved to Comp Ready

This is the gate. The parent cannot reach Comp Ready until this passes on the actual robot.
