Update the blob backend before replacing the row fields.

If a caller submits a group that implements this contract, BlobBackend._checked_group_rows reads group.addresses and group.region_index. Neither member is required now. The submission raises AttributeError instead of transferring rows or rejecting an invalid submission with InvalidSubmission. Update the validator and row-batch construction to use slots and every listed region, including their byte order. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Review comment at @tensorrt_llm/_torch/disaggregation/base/backend.py around
lines 172 - 175:
Update BlobBackend._checked_group_rows and row-batch construction to use the
group’s slots and region_indices instead of the removed addresses and
region_index fields. Validate the slot and region data, and assemble each row’s
bytes from every listed region in order; reject invalid submissions with
InvalidSubmission rather than raising AttributeError.
