Support pinned Hugging Face model revisions - #1125
HFModel could only install the default model revision, preventing workloads from declaring reproducible model snapshots. Add an optional keyword-only revision used for downloads, local cache checks, and installable identity.
Uninstalling a specified revision uses Hugging Face's cache deletion API and preserves other revisions, shared blobs, and other model repositories. Unpinned models retain whole-model removal. Existing callers remain compatible.
This is the prerequisite for SRT Slurm support in #1098; SRT-specific configuration stays in that PR.
Test Plan
Local macOS, locked development dependencies; no downloads or cluster jobs.
uv run --locked --extra dev pytest -q tests/core/installables: 111 passed.
Real synthetic HF caches verify deletion by commit or cached ref, preservation of another revision's shared blob, and isolation from another repository with the same commit hash.
