- http://wiki.rptools.info -> https://wiki.rptools.info - http://forums.rptools.net -> https://forums.rptools.net - http://www.lmwcs.com -> https://wiki.rptools.info Some other uses of http: exist just as examples and have not been replaced.
Nothing functional here - this just avoids contributers clicking on bad links.

Description of the Change
Replaces the one remaining functional use of
http:in the help menu withhttps:. Also does the same for uses ofhttp:in code comments, in i18n files (including macro descriptions), and removes the unusedWebDownloaderclass.Possible Drawbacks

Documentation Notes
I believe the macro descriptions come from the wiki, so we should look into updating links there as well.
