### Security - monitors/ Python dependencies

- Recompiled `monitors/requirements.txt` to clear 15 Snyk vulnerabilities (1 Critical, 7 High, 7 Medium) in aiohttp, certifi, multidict, requests and urllib3. Only the certifi MPL-2.0 license notice remains.
- Cleaned `monitors/requirements.in`: removed duplicate and conflicting pins and aligned it with the lockfile. The lockfile now also includes `typing-extensions`, which was missing. numpy 2.5.4 requires Python 3.12 or later.

### Changed - CODEOWNERS uses a team

- `.github/CODEOWNERS` now assigns `*` to `@Sentinel-One/ai-siem-team` instead of three individual handles, so reviewer membership is managed in GitHub.
