Tests for the session handoff redirect in #2356. They run against PGlite in move-to-v2.node.test.ts:

• A member of a moved org gets <v2 origin>/api/v1-handoff?token=…. The test checks the token's HMAC with the secret and its claims: version, audience, user, v1 org, slug, a 60 s lifetime and a fresh jti per redirect.
• A non-member, or an org that is still moving, gets no location and no token.
• With the secret unset, the redirect stays the plain /org/<slug>. A moved org without a v2 slug still goes to v2's root.
