The Linux job assembles a prebuilt core.obj rather than running the EmulatorCore MSBuild, so nothing produced libzimodem_host.so and "Build Debugger" failed with MSB3030 (BitMagic.X16Emulator.csproj <Content>- copies it). Add a Setup .NET step (the ZiModem vendoring tool targets net8.0) and a cmake configure+build for the zimodem_host target, compiled -DZIMODEM_HOST_MSABI=ON so its ABI boundary matches the emulator core's Windows-convention MASM call sites.
