fix(shell): fall back to builtin cd when helpers are missing - #82

Ensure the generated Bash and Zsh `cd` wrapper delegates to the builtin when its helper functions have been removed. Add coverage for successful navigation and failure status preservation. The pre-commit test hook was skipped because `nushell_reedline_inserts_and_executes_quoted_worktree_paths` fails on main (c984df6), independent of this change. Closes #81
