`astro check` refuses to run on TypeScript 7.0:
Astro's replacement, `@astrojs/ts-content-mapper`, requires TypeScript 7.1 or later, which hasn't been released yet (only `7.1.0-dev` nightlies exist). The current `@astrojs/check` (0.9.10) also declares `typescript: ^5 || ^6` as its peer.
This adds a Renovate rule that excludes 7.0.x for `typescript`, so Renovate stops proposing it. Once 7.1 is released, a new PR will open automatically. #661 is closed in favour of this change.
