+Claude cannot take audio, so turn speech into text on the box:
+`agent-box-transcribe FILE` prints the words (`--model small.en` for more
+accuracy, `--model base --lang auto` for other languages). The audio never
+leaves the box and nothing is compiled: the first run fetches python, pip
+and ffmpeg from the box's pinned nixpkgs binary cache, installs a prebuilt,
+hash-pinned whisper.cpp wheel with pip, and downloads one model (about 200 MB
