ci: retarget non-release PRs from main to develop; test PRs into develop - #20

main should only receive release PRs from develop. Add a pull_request_target workflow that retargets any other PR opened against main to develop and leaves a comment. It never checks out PR code, so it is safe for fork PRs. Also run the test workflow on PRs into develop, which until now got no CI at all (Renovate PRs, and contributor PRs once retargeted). mainonly receives release PRs fromdevelop. The default branch is nowdevelop, so new PRs target it by default; this catches anyone who picksmainexplicitly.pr-base-guard.yml: onpull_request_target(opened/reopened/edited) againstmain, any PR whose head isn'tlevz0r/developis retargeted todevelopwith a short comment. It never checks out or runs PR code; untrusted fields are used only in theif:expression.test.yml: also run on PRs intodevelop, which previously got no CI (Renovate's Update non-major dependencies #15/Update major dependencies (major) #16, and contributor PRs once retargeted).Note:
pull_request_targetruns the workflow from the base branch, so the guard only takes effect once this reachesmainin the next release PR.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
