Summary
Translates the provider-guide paragraphs that #7395 added to
docs-site/src/content/docs/guides/providers.mdinto the non-English locales. English is unchanged.Retry-Afterpacing and recovery paragraph): fr, ja, ko, ru, tr, zh-cn, zh-tw.originalimage detail, one-shot empty-completion retry and its replay conditions): fr, ja, ru, tr, zh-cn, zh-tw. Korean already had it from fix(providers): carry Mistral rate-limit recovery and OpenGateway tool-result handling for 2.90 #7395.In each locale the old "opt-in, off when absent" sentence is replaced by the translated #7395 wording, the same edit the English page received. Config keys, env vars, URLs and values (
retryOn429,promptCacheKey,requestPacing,OCX_EMPTY_COMPLETION_RETRY=0, 6 replays, 10 s, 60 s) are kept verbatim, and each locale reuses the terms its page already uses.Not included: the localized
reference/configuration/providers.mdretryOn429rows. They already lag English (none mention the OpenCode Go and Command Code fallback either), so adding only the Mistral sentence there would leave them half-synced. Happy to do that as a separate PR.Verification
