Implements the primary CommitFinalizeFromBuffer instruction for Direct clusters. It validates and applies finalized StateBuffer payloads, with preparation instructions for account growth beyond one realloc step. Legacy finalization remains unchanged.
Adds v2 instructions and builders for buffered commit finalization and delegated-account growth. The Direct-cluster processor validates the finalized StateBuffer, applies full-data or diff payloads, and updates commit state. Growth instructions can increase account data length in multiple steps. The changes also add StateBuffer bump and padding fields, buffer validation, and program tests.

Code Change
Explanation
Merge Risk: High · previous review e266a
The new buffered finalization code passes 32-bit commit sequence numbers to a shared validator that expects a 64-bit value, so the program does not compile. Changing the validator's parameter to u32 fixes this; it is a one-line change but blocks merging. The remaining feedback concerns test precision and long-term maintainability.

Trivial · Maintainability & Code Quality · Low value
Use the same growth constant as the processor.
The builder computes step_count with StateBuffer::MAX_ACCOUNT_DATA_GROWTH_PER_WRITE. process_prepare_commit_finalize grows the account by pinocchio::account::MAX_PERMITTED_DATA_INCREASE. Both values are currently 10,240, so the step count is correct today. The two constants have different meanings: one is a StateBuffer limit, and the other is the runtime realloc limit. If MAX_ACCOUNT_DATA_GROWTH_PER_WRITE changes later, the builder emits too few steps, and the final finalization fails. Add a dedicated growth-step constant in the interface. Use it in both the builder and the processor, or add a static_assertions check that the two values are equal.

Change commit_seq to u32 so the program crate compiles.
validate_commit_state declares commit_seq: u64. Both of its callers pass u32 values:
apply_commit_finalize passes input.commit_seq. CommitFinalizeInput::commit_seq is u32 (line 39).
process_prepare_commit_finalize passes args.commit_seq(). The backing field PrepareCommitFinalizeArgs::commit_seq is u32.
Rust does not widen integers implicitly, so both calls fail with a mismatched-types error (E0308). The program crate does not build.
The nonce check has the same type conflict. It compares commit_seq with state.last_commit_seq().checked_add(1), and the stored last_commit_seq field is u32. Changing the parameter to u32 fixes both mismatches.

Assert the specific error for the invalid-hash case.
The test checks only is_err(). Any earlier validation failure also passes this test. Examples are a PDA mismatch, an account-length mismatch for the preloaded buffer, or a decode failure. In those cases, the test does not prove that the hash check rejects the buffer. Match the returned TransactionError::InstructionError(0, InstructionError::InvalidInstructionData). Also add a positive control: use the same preloaded buffer with the correct hash and assert that it succeeds.

Add the direct-cluster path for committing and applying a finalized StateBuffer payload. Validate the buffer PDA, authority, commit identity, finalized length, and payload hash before reusing the CommitFinalize state transition for full-data and diff payloads.
Store the canonical StateBuffer bump and align its payload for zero-copy diff decoding. Add PrepareCommitFinalize and a client helper so delegated accounts can grow across multiple runtime-limited realloc steps in the same transaction before finalization.
Cover large chunked payloads, aligned diffs, and invalid finalized hashes with SBF tests.
Avoid reaching into the already-reviewed fraud-proof processor for shared hashing. Each instruction now computes the same domain-separated payload hash locally, while only the commit/finalize transition shared by this stack remains under processor/internal.
