refactor(dlp): migrate v1 integration to the legacy interface - #1859
Adopts the DLP v2 interface at 356930ea as dpi and moves existing v1 integration to dpi::legacy. This prepares the validator for v2 integration in #1858.

Walkthrough

The lockfile also does not match the newly pinned interface revision, so locked builds and RedSuite runs fail. Fix the remaining crate references and regenerate the lockfile before merging. Also confirm that the new RedSuite pin does not require v2 settlement support that lands only in the next PR.

existing v1 delegation and settlement paths. This prepares a separate v2
integration PR without changing the ScheduleCommit instructions.
Replace magicblock-delegation-program-api with the workspace dependency
dpi, pointing to magicblock-delegation-program-interface at the DLP stack
tip 356930ea1fe58908057bbe99293a0383b242a40b. Update Cargo.lock with the
new interface and its Wheels dependencies.
Move v1 account types, PDA helpers, instruction builders, discriminators,
and size estimates under dpi::legacy across committor, chainlink,
services, binaries, and their existing tests. Keep shared APIs such as
the program ID, diff and encryption helpers, errors, and exported PDA
macros at the crate root where the new interface exposes them.
Preserve the existing instruction selection, account layouts, resource
limits, and recovery paths. Test changes only update imports and paths;

Use the full magicblock-delegation-program-interface dependency name in
the workspace and consuming manifests. Define dpi locally with Rust
imports wherever qualified calls need it, combining self as dpi with
direct imports of descriptive types and helpers when appropriate.
Keep exported test macros on the full crate path so their callers do
not need to define the alias. Consolidate the matching test-helper
imports under their existing configuration guard.
The dependency revision, lockfile, and delegation behavior are unchanged.
Move the RedSuite revision update to PR8 so it and the v2 integration PR
use the same test stack. Pin the top RedSuite commit containing lifecycle,
buffered settlement, and mixed legacy/v2 scenarios.
Only the checkout ref changes here. The matching local DLP program build
remains in PR9, and the earlier seven PRs keep their existing RedSuite ref.
Master added two collision-retry tests using delegation_program_api. Update their program IDs to the existing dpi alias so they compile after the legacy interface migration.
Validated with cargo fmt, git diff --check, and cargo check -p magicblock-chainlink --tests --locked.
committor/Cargo.toml removes delegation-program-api, but both PDA derivations still call delegation_program_api::id(). The committor does not compile, and CI reports both unresolved references. Replace both calls with dpi::id(). (raw.githubusercontent.com)
