Read built-in number format 17 (mmm-yy) as DateTime - #1037
The built-in number format 17 (mmm-yy) was declared with typeof(TimeSpan). ConvertValueByStyleFormat only handles DateTime? and TimeSpan?, so cells using it were returned as the raw OADate serial. This declares it as typeof(DateTime?), like the other built-in date formats (14, 15, 16 and 22).
OpenXmlStyles: format 17 type TimeSpan → DateTime?.
MiniExcelGithubIssuesTests.QueryReadsBuiltInDateFormatsAsDateTime: reads the same serial with the built-in date formats 14, 15, 16, 17 and 22 and expects a DateTime; only the 17 case fails without the fix.
SheetHelper.ReplaceStylesXml: test helper mirroring ReplaceFirstSheetXml.
Tested locally on net10.0 only, since this machine has no .NET 11 SDK: MiniExcel.Csv.Tests 86/86 and MiniExcel.OpenXml.Tests 543/544. The one failure, MiniExcelTemplateTests.TestImageType, also fails on an unmodified master here: it is an environment issue on this machine (Windows long path combined with the relative ../../../../data path), unrelated to this change.

Walkthrough
Built-in number format 17 now maps to DateTime? instead of TimeSpan. A parameterized test checks that queries return a DateTime for built-in date formats 14, 15, 16, 17, and 22.

Format 17 maps to DateTime?. The test helper replaces the workbook’s styles XML, and a parameterized query test asserts that the listed built-in date formats return DateTime(2026, 11, 1).
mini-software/MiniExcel#1020: Adds cell queries that convert values based on style formats; this change updates the type mapping used for format 17.

Respect the workbook date system.
For a 1904-date-system workbook, this mapping sends format 17 values to DateTime.FromOADate without the workbook epoch. For example, serial 39267 represents July 5, 2011, but the conversion returns July 4, 2007. Read the workbook’s date1904 setting and use it during conversion. (support.microsoft.com)

Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win
Correct early 1900 serials.
In the 1900 date system, Excel serial 1 means January 1, 1900. DateTime.FromOADate(1) returns December 31, 1899, so format 17 now returns the wrong month and year for that cell. Adjust serials 1 through 59 for Excel’s 1900 leap-year behavior. (learn.microsoft.com)

ConvertValueByStyleFormat converts any value whose text parses as an OADate. It does not check whether the source cell was numeric. Therefore, a shared, inline, or calculated string such as "00123" that retains format 17 can be returned as DateTime instead of text.
Apply date conversion only to numeric values, and add a regression test for numeric text with format 17.
Suggested fix
- if (sf.Type == typeof(DateTime?) && double.TryParse(value?.ToString(), out var s))+ if (sf.Type == typeof(DateTime?) && value is double s)
return DateTimeHelper.IsValidOADateTime(s) ? DateTime.FromOADate(s) : value;
