Recognition Feed and Plate Database currently use fixed column widths and a wide row of action icons. Add draggable header dividers so users can choose how much space each column uses. Widths are saved separately for each table in the current browser, with keyboard resizing, per-column reset by double-click and a Reset widths button.

Actions defaults to a compact menu with full action names and expands into individual icons when the column is wide enough. Existing permission checks, tag selection, correction dialogs and deletion confirmations are preserved. Narrow text uses ellipses and full-value hover text; minimum widths protect controls and wider tables scroll horizontally. The optional State/Country setting and mobile card layout remain supported.

Validation:

  • Production build and changed-file lint passed.
  • Full regression suite: 1,347 passed, nine platform-specific checks skipped; Community source sanitation passed.
  • Browser verification with synthetic plate records covered pointer and keyboard resizing, width limits, refresh persistence, separate table preferences, both reset paths, narrow text, Actions menu/icon transitions, correction, tag-menu scrolling, deletion cancellation, and hiding/showing State/Country without losing its width.

Release preparation: version 0.1.58, User Guide 3.26, current installation/update examples and release notes. Release metadata and guide checks passed.
