Summary
Warm timing sessions repeat HMR updates even though only their startup time is reported. Skip those updates and their restoration rebuilds while preserving cold timing HMR and both memory workloads. This removes 12 rebuilds and their network-idle waits from each warm timing session without changing the reported metrics.
