playlist init now prepares an editable playlist from ordered local media files, ready media IDs, pinned application releases, and HTTPS URLs. File uploads use separate retry-stable keys, and preparation returns preview/publish arguments carrying the observed screen revision.

Adds playlist replace-release to review one exact application pin replacement and all affected screens before applying it with the reviewed revision and impact token. Screen impact remains a snapshot; only playlist revision is checked atomically.

Agent connection now returns promptly by default with explicit submission/completion state and supports a bounded --wait. Command help, examples, option relationships, and canonical names/flags are aligned while preserving compatibility aliases. README and contributor guidance describe the resulting behavior.

Validation: 198 focused CLI tests passed; typecheck, public checks, mock smoke, clean npm install, and release packaging passed. The full suite recorded 636 passes, 7 failures, and 1 skipped extractor test: five failures require missing Liberation fonts, one sandbox socket failure passed on rerun, and one reports existing SDK snapshot drift. npm run check stops at that drift. No live API or Player validation was performed.

Companion operating-skill and bundle update: screenrig/plugin#8 (depends on this PR).
