The operating skill now follows the expanded playlist workflow: prepare local files, ready media, application releases, or HTTPS URLs; inspect the returned preview; then publish using the observed screen revision. References explain upload side effects, retry keys, static-preview limitations, and reviewed application release replacement across shared screens.
Documents nonblocking account connection, canonical command names and flags, and supported compatibility aliases. Regenerates the skill copies and CLI bundle from
screenrig/clicommitdc5f8b40058d469986b2aac6fb83d95a1fcd2a4f, with development version26.09.0-devand recorded artifact SHA-25606ebb02c05f333e584424b076fc28c677bafa9b69aeb9582d285c28b7fe0d224. Preserves the current streaming, HEVC selection, screen recovery, and launcher guidance from main.Depends on screenrig/cli#19. Keep this draft until that change lands: plugin CI deliberately packs current CLI main, so the branch artifact cannot match it yet. Refresh bundle provenance against the resulting main artifact before marking ready.
Validation after merging main: full plugin generation/validation, skill-vs-binary inventory, launcher tests, freshness tests, docs-only tests, public repository check, and whitespace checks passed. The artifact contains 19 exact runtime dependencies. Marketplace installation, live API use, native hardware, and production deployment were not exercised.
