Removes Spring.Web's ASMX web service exporter for 4.0, with no replacement. Spring.Services, which held the ASMX client proxy, was already removed in #380.

  • Spring.Web:
    • Deleted Spring.Web.Services.WebServiceExporter and WebServiceHandlerFactory, the whole Web/Services folder.
    • Dropped the System.Web.Services reference, which nothing else used.
    • The helpers the factory shared with the page and default handler factories stay.
  • Tests: deleted WebServiceExporterTests. The Spring.Core.Tests keep their System.Web.Services reference: they use [WebMethod] as a sample attribute for proxy attribute copying.
  • BreakingChanges, item 4:
  • SpringAir:
    • SpringAir.Web.2010: removed the exporter object, the two *.asmx handler registrations, the stale Common.Logging config section and the "Booking Agent web service" link.
    • Deleted the SpringAir.Web.2003 and SpringAir.Web.2005 folders (259 files). They aren't in SpringAir.sln, and only the old readme referenced them.
    • Rewrote readme.txt for SpringAir.sln and SpringAir.Web.2010.

Verification:

  • dotnet build Spring.Net.sln -c Debug: clean.
  • Spring.Web.Tests on net472: 192 passed, 8 skipped. The skips were already there.
  • SpringAir isn't covered by CI. Build.cs leaves out every SpringAir solution from CompileExamples, and the website can't build with the dotnet CLI (MSB4249). I checked the edited Web.config and Services.xml are well-formed and reviewed the site's aspx and config files for leftover references.
  • spring-reviewer accepted it.

Follow-ups in the examples-cleanup PR:

  • Port SpringAir's Home.aspx.cs off Common.Logging.
  • Fix the SpringAir.sln path to the References project, which is wrong and was before this PR.
  • Delete Northwind's stale Web.net30.config, which still maps *.asmx to the removed factory.

Drops WebServiceExporter and WebServiceHandlerFactory (no replacement), the
System.Web.Services references that only they needed, and their tests. The
SpringAir example loses its BookingAgent web service, the *.asmx handler
registrations and the stale Common.Logging configuration, and the unused
SpringAir.Web.2003 and .2005 projects are deleted. BreakingChanges.txt item 4
now documents the removal.
