docs(manual): count the task, settings and knowledge boxes again - #4640

Merging the task and chat polish branches recounted each suite's Cost header from the one before it, carrying the drift those headers already had. Tasks holds 159 boxes, Settings 129 and Knowledge 71.

Merging the task and chat polish branches recounted each suite's Cost header from the one before it, which carried over whatever drift that header already had. The three suites the program touched now state their real box counts: Tasks 159, Settings 129, Knowledge 71. Markdown only;
