Solr 10 changed two things that SolrContainer relies on:
SolrCloud mode fails on 10.1. The container starts Solr with -DzkRun. Solr 10 deprecates zkRun in favour of solr.zookeeper.server.enabled, and 10.1 parses the old property as a boolean, so the empty value crashes startup with SolrException: invalid boolean value:. On Solr 10 and later the container now passes -Dsolr.zookeeper.server.enabled=true instead.
Standalone mode starts SolrCloud on 10.0+. Solr 10 starts in cloud mode by default, so withZookeeper(false) (solr start -f) quietly returned a SolrCloud node. On Solr 10 and later the container now adds --user-managed, which keeps the standalone behaviour users asked for.
Images before 10.0 get the same commands as before.
I checked each command against the official images:

I also added solr:10.1.0 to the versions in SolrContainerTest, so the cloud and standalone tests now cover Solr 10.

New Features
Added support for starting Solr 10.0.0 and later versions in Solr containers.
Embedded ZooKeeper can be enabled with Solr 10.0.0 and later. Existing startup behavior for earlier Solr versions remains unchanged.
Solr 10.1 rejects `-DzkRun` without a value, so SolrCloud mode fails
with "invalid boolean value". Use its replacement,
`solr.zookeeper.server.enabled`, for Solr 10 and later.
Solr 10 also starts in cloud mode by default, so `withZookeeper(false)`
no longer gave a standalone instance. Pass `--user-managed` there.

Walkthrough
SolrContainer now selects startup commands for Solr 10.0.0 and later, with a separate command when embedded Zookeeper is enabled. The parameterized test versions now include Solr 10.1.0.
For Solr 10.0.0 and later, configure() selects solr start -f --user-managed. When Zookeeper is enabled, it selects -Dsolr.zookeeper.server.enabled=true --host localhost. The existing command selection for earlier versions remains. The parameterized test inputs add solr:10.1.0.
The change correctly selects Solr 10 startup commands for numeric tags, and the new solr:10.1.0 test covers them. Users who rely on a stale cached latest image that is not Solr 10 could get the wrong startup command. Pin a numeric tag or resolve the real image version to avoid this edge case.

Explanation
Issue [#12147] requires Solr 10.1 containers to start without the invalid boolean value failure. For images at or above 10.0.0, SolrContainer replaces -DzkRun with -Dsolr.zookeeper.server.enabled=true --host localhost. The parameterized cloud test now includes solr:10.1.0 and checks a successful ping and zkConnected:true. The standalone test also includes solr:10.1.0 and checks standalone behavior.

Explanation
The changes are limited to Solr 10 startup command selection and Solr container tests. The --user-managed option preserves the requested standalone behavior when withZookeeper(false) is used. The added solr:10.1.0 test input validates both affected modes. No unrelated change is shown.

Detect the image version for nonnumeric tags.
ComparableVersion treats latest as equal to 10.0.0. If solr:latest is cached as Solr 9, this branch selects the Solr 10 cloud command. Solr 9 does not start embedded ZooKeeper from that property, so collection creation fails. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
Resolve the actual image version for nonnumeric tags, and add a regression test for a cached Solr 9 image.
