Prevents tracing journal entries from being marked delivered when an upload has failed under the refactored Rust SDK. Failed work remains recoverable through the daemon's journal.
Updates the SDK dependency while preserving the newer daemon changes already on main. Coordinates with SDK #155 and bt #441; leave unmerged until the SDK refactor is ready to land.
Validation: all 594 daemon tests, strict Clippy, formatting and diff checks passed after rebasing.
