Integrate upstream main e907f82 to keep this branch current while preserving its feature scope.
Use the clone configuration owner for existing conveyor namespace defaults. This preserves the public values while satisfying the current clone-ownership check across the integrated task stack. Recorded upstream main: e907f82

Description
Adds fixed-speed straight and curved conveyor surfaces in
isaaclab_contrib.conveyors, using upstream NewtonConveyorForceModelfor traction. The adapter binds replicated surfaces and transported bodies and handles startup, selected resets, hard resets, and callback cleanup. Its runtime API is construction, reset, and close.Updated to current main's instance-owned managers and Newton 1.8 solver observables. The backend allocates requested contact-force outputs and forwards them at each solver substep; existing initialization callbacks remain one-shot. No dependency-pin change or physics retuning.
Independent of #8326. Task examples follow in #8331 and #8332. CPU PhysX is optional #8794; #6952 records combined validation.
