Two of main's CLI guards failed after recent merges: services/platform/backend/domains/audit_logs/request-actor.ts (from #4659) is imported by code the CLI's cached checks hash but was missing from their turbo inputs, and the observation command suite is a source/compiled suite the phase-selector test did not expect yet.

API-key writes now attribute audit entries to the verified key maker while retaining the acting member and key in metadata. Request-scoped attribution preserves authorization, prevents cross-organization or post-request reuse, and extends existing erasure matching to the recorded identities. EN/DE/FR documentation and manual coverage describe the resulting audit and export behavior.
Validation: 119 configured server tests passed; four causal regressions fail against the previous implementation. Scoped semantic, lint, SAST and manual checks passed. Documentation structure checks and rendered EN/DE/FR pages at desktop and mobile widths passed. Independent source review accepted the exact committed tree. Real PostgreSQL erasure/concurrency and live audit writes/exports were not exercised.
