Remove 55 dead i18n keys (panel.{provider}.channel/target/default/
error.disabled across dingtalk/discord/feishu/irc/matrix/mattermost/
nostr/qq/signal/slack/tg/twitch/wecom/wechat + whatsapp.default),
introduced in 7fd72d6 with no wiring evidence; verified via 4-channel
scan (literal/concat/panel-live/test) — only panel.whatsapp.channel/
target have live refs (whatsapp_panel.go) and are kept.
r64 dead-code scan, pool batch 3.

r64 死码清理（i18n 池分批第三批）。清理 55 键（25 文件 190 行纯删除，commit 5f74176，main@2ae45d8（含 r63 #4320 合并）基）：
四键族×14 provider：
channel/target/default/error.disabled（dingtalk/discord/feishu/irc/matrix/mattermost/nostr/qq/signal/slack/tg/twitch/wecom/wechat）+whatsapp.default——系 7fd72d6 IM 大引入后零接线遗留。判据（i18n 四通道）：字面全键 grep（排除 worktrees）仅 whatsapp.channel/target 2 处活引用（保留——whatsapp_panel.go:137-138 对照组证通道有效）/ Sprintf 动态构键防线零命中 / 面板现状对照（其余 14 provider 面板零引用）/ 软测试+docs/README 零命中；case 形态 40 对前置守卫（case=40/return=40 全配对）无孤儿残留。代开者抽验：死键 panel.qq.channel 全仓双形态 grep 11 命中全为 i18n_*.go catalog（10 语言+qq 专属）、零渲染引用；活键 panel.whatsapp.{channel,target} 在 whatsapp_panel.go:137-138 字面渲染（LIVE 对照成立）——判据闭环。
验证：build/vet/TestI18N 三绿（-p=1/GOMEMLIMIT）+ gofmt 净。
池账本：r63 已并（#4320）+ r61 仍 open（#4317）——四族清后该域残留仅 2 活键。
