Channel members could not invoke another owner's remote agent. This PR now implements the owner-signed, channel-scoped grant, replacing its original design-only change.
Owners can enable, inspect, and revoke access with buzz agents share, sharing, and unshare. Kind 30180 stores one signed head per agent and channel. The relay verifies current ownership and explicit owner/agent membership before enabling; it accepts a verified owner's revocation after removal or archive. DMs cannot be shared. Grants contain no credentials or launch configuration.
Stack: #108 → this PR → #110 → #112 → #113 → #114. The policy, durable admission journal, running harness, and sleeping-agent wakeup consumers are implemented in those linked PRs. Publishing a grant alone does not enable an older runtime.
Validation: SDK signature, scope, ownership, revocation, and expiry cases passed. The actual CLI dispatch exercised signed share/revoke and denied non-owner writes. Command-list snapshots passed after adding the commands. A real Postgres regression exercised the relay's full ingestion path, including revocation after owner removal and channel archive. Relay Clippy passed across all targets. The complete local two-owner workflow passed in #114 using the real relay, harness, and CLI with a simulated model and Kubernetes API.
Full local CI reached passing workspace Rust lint and desktop checks, then stopped at the unchanged Tauri target because this host lacks GLib development files. Human acceptance and staging rollout remain pending. The default-disabled rollout switch is voltage-terraform #1015; matching images and explicit owner opt-in are required.

Summary
Grant contract and owner verification crates/buzz-core/src/kind.rs, crates/buzz-sdk/src/lib.rs, crates/buzz-sdk/src/sharing.rs, crates/buzz-sdk/src/sharing/tests.rs
Adds kind 30180 and an SDK grant type, builder, parser, and profile-owner verifier. Tests cover valid grants, invalid inputs, and owner attestations.
Relay grant validation crates/buzz-relay/src/handlers/mod.rs, crates/buzz-relay/src/handlers/ingest.rs, crates/buzz-relay/src/handlers/agent_grant.rs
Requires MessagesWrite scope and a channel tag for grant events. Validates the signer against the agent’s verified owner and checks channel membership and type for enabled grants.
CLI grant management crates/buzz-cli/src/lib.rs, crates/buzz-cli/src/commands/agents.rs, crates/buzz-cli/src/commands/agents_sharing_tests.rs, voltage/channel-agent-sharing.md
Adds commands to create, revoke, and query grants. Tests check published grants and reject a client that is not the verified owner. The design document describes sharing requirements and rollout checks.

Agent review of 19e2163 against f726f1c: no blocking findings in this design proposal.
Checked the product vision and the actual desktop, provider, harness, and manager admission paths. The proposal consistently separates shared task invocation from owner-only management. A private-channel wake notice avoids requiring the manager to join private conversations. The document explicitly describes proposed behavior and introduces no runtime change.
Minimalism 9/10; elegance 9/10; correctness 9/10 for the documented contract. Local source links and diff checks pass. Implementation, agent workflow tests, and human confirmation remain future gates; this review does not attest that channel sharing works today.

CI triage: the earlier widespread red checks originated in Detect Changed Paths, which runs the PostgreSQL test-discovery guard. channel_grant_requires_live_owner_and_explicit_membership was ignored as requiring PostgreSQL but lived in an undiscoverable tests module.
The current branch places it in postgres_tests, so the dedicated PostgreSQL lane can select it. I verified scripts/test-postgres-test-discovery.sh passes across the current source tree. This was a deterministic CI defect, not a flaky test. The branch also now inherits dependency-security fix #105 through #108. Hosted CI is rerunning; Brandon is requested for review.

Agent review of the implementation: the relay verifies the current agent ownership credential before accepting a channel grant. Enabling requires explicit owner and agent membership. Disabled grants now survive the generic membership and archive gates only after that ownership check, so a removed owner can revoke without regaining invocation rights. Token scope and community boundaries remain enforced.
The regression exercised ingest_event against isolated Postgres: re-enabling after removal fails, revocation after removal succeeds, and revocation after archive succeeds. SDK signature/ownership cases and the owner CLI publication path also passed. CLI command-name/count snapshots were updated and passed. Relay Clippy passed across all targets.
No remaining concrete blocker found in this layer. Minimalism, elegance, and correctness: 9/10 each. The complete feature still requires the policy, admission journal, harness, and wakeup consumers; deployment and human acceptance remain pending.
